Accommodation for the couple and immediate family. Most villas come with multiple bedrooms to accommodate the couple and some wedding guests. Some villa estates can accommodate 50+ guests.

Private villas in Bali offer guaranteed privacy and exclusivity, allowing you and your guests to enjoy your celebration without interruptions, as well as lush gardens, infinity pools, tennis courts and panoramic views of rice terraces or the ocean, creating a breathtaking backdrop for your wedding photos.

Reception arrangements including food & beverages. Food is a highlight of any wedding, and we offer a large range of catering options, including set and buffet menus plus a range of sweet and savory stalls. From authentic Indonesian cuisine to international gourmet menus, you can select dishes that suit your taste and dietary requirements, and you can often mix and match dishes between menus to create a bespoke wedding menu. A range of beverage packages can be purchased, and the couple and their guests can usually bring bottled alcohol into the event without being charged corkage fees, making drinks considerably cheaper than usually paid at a resort hotel wedding.

Balinese and Western Entertainment. To enhance the celebration, we can include a range of traditional Balinese dance performances, live music or DJ services. Some of our villas also offer cultural workshops or spa treatments for guests as part of the experience.

Full service planning and wedding coordination. In most cases, Villa Managers require that an approved wedding planner and coordination team are present at all times to manage the wedding. Typically, the villa manager will be providing the villa only, with everything required for the wedding provided by the wedding planner, including lighting and a remote power supply. Our wedding planners will be familiar with the villa and are required to handle planning, logistics, set-up, vendor coordination, timeline management and clean-up. This ensures a smooth flow of events and allows you to focus on enjoying your day.

The villa’s layout makes a memorable setting for special events from small, intimate ceremonies to more extravagant weddings. Ceremonies are usually held on the poolside deck overlooking the ocean, with candlelit dinners to follow under a bright canopy of twinkling stars. The lower garden area would be an assigned area for the event space. The upstairs living area is a perfect space for holding smaller reception dinners for a maximum of 20 guests with casual seated. There’s also one washroom available located near the gym area on the same floor. However, this upstairs space should not be considered as event space or as a back-up plan in case of wet weather.
