Prepare the liturgy for the ceremony, along with your personal vows.

Make final payment to your wedding planner, typically 60 days before the date. Most resort hotels that are properly set-up to host weddings will have suitable wet weather alternatives in the event of rainy weather (ballrooms, chapels or restaurants).
Private villas usually don't have a wet weather back-up or large indoor space to accommodate wedding guests, especially when it involves a larger group. It is usually compulsory for a free-standing marquee with clear plastic sides and proper flooring to be provided on rainy days throughout the year, especially during wet season (typically November to March).
